Welcome to LeadersHub. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LeadersHub website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using LeadersHub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. About LeadersHub

LeadersHub is an independent civic-information and civic-engagement platform that allows users to explore information about political leaders and public representatives and participate in features such as ratings, reviews, questions, discussions, demands, and feedback.

2. Independent Platform and No Government Affiliation

LeadersHub is a privately operated platform created as an independent initiative.

The names, photographs, information, constituency details, election information, political information, and other references to public representatives displayed on LeadersHub should not be interpreted as an indication that LeadersHub represents, speaks for, or acts on behalf of any government authority, political party, elected representative, or public office.

LeadersHub does not claim to represent any government authority or political organization.

3. Sources of Information

LeadersHub may display information concerning political leaders, public representatives, elections, constituencies, government offices, and other public information.

Except for user-generated content, information presented on LeadersHub may be obtained from publicly available sources, including official government and election-related websites, public records, election documents, and other publicly accessible sources.

Users should verify important information with the relevant official government source.

4. Election Commission of India Sources

LeadersHub may reference publicly available information published by the Election Commission of India.

Users can independently verify election-related information using official Election Commission of India resources.

Election-related statistical reports and information may be available through the following official resources:

5. Information Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information, but LeadersHub does not guarantee that all information displayed on the Services is complete, current, accurate, or error-free at all times.

Political positions, elected offices, constituencies, election results, government positions, and other information may change over time.

You should verify important or legally significant information directly with the relevant official source.

6. User Accounts

Certain LeadersHub features may require you to create or access an account.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the security of your account and authentication credentials.

You must not use another person's account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account.

7. User-Generated Content

LeadersHub allows users to submit ratings, reviews, comments, questions, demands, feedback, and other content ("User Content").

You are responsible for the User Content that you submit through the Services.

By submitting User Content, you represent that:

• You have the right to submit the content.
• The content does not knowingly violate applicable law.
• The content does not knowingly infringe another person's intellectual-property rights.
• The content does not contain malicious software or harmful code.
• The content is not intended to deceive, impersonate, or fraudulently represent another person.

8. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not use LeadersHub to submit, distribute, or promote:

• False or deliberately misleading information
• Threats or incitement to violence
• Harassment or abusive content
• Hate-based or discriminatory content
• Defamatory or malicious allegations presented as facts
• Illegal content
• Spam or repetitive promotional content
• Content intended to manipulate ratings or reviews
• Impersonation of another person or organization
• Personal or confidential information belonging to another person
• Aadhaar numbers, identity documents, passwords, or financial information in public content
• Content that infringes intellectual-property rights
• Malware, malicious links, or other harmful material

9. Ratings and Reviews

LeadersHub may allow users to rate and review public representatives.

Ratings and reviews represent the opinions or experiences of the users who submit them and do not necessarily represent the views of LeadersHub.

LeadersHub does not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, or completeness of every user-submitted rating or review.

Users must not create multiple accounts or otherwise manipulate ratings, reviews, votes, or other engagement metrics.

10. Demands, Questions, and Civic Feedback

LeadersHub may provide features allowing users to submit demands, questions, suggestions, or feedback concerning public representatives or public issues.

Submission of a demand, question, or feedback item does not mean that the relevant political leader, public representative, government authority, or department has received, accepted, reviewed, or agreed to act upon it.

LeadersHub does not guarantee that any demand, question, or feedback submitted through the platform will result in action by a public representative or government authority.

11. Content Moderation

LeadersHub may review, moderate, restrict, hide, remove, or otherwise take action regarding User Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our policies.

We may also restrict or suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms or abuse the Services.

We may use automated systems and/or human review to detect potentially harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or prohibited content.

12. Political Neutrality

LeadersHub is intended to provide a platform for civic information and participation.

The availability of information about a political leader, political party, candidate, or public representative on LeadersHub should not be interpreted as endorsement or opposition by LeadersHub.

User-generated ratings, reviews, comments, demands, questions, and opinions belong to the respective users who submit them and do not necessarily represent the views of LeadersHub.

13. Photographs and Publicly Available Information

LeadersHub may display photographs and other information concerning public figures and political representatives obtained from publicly available sources.

Public availability of a photograph or other material does not necessarily mean that the material is free from copyright or other intellectual-property rights.

Where appropriate, LeadersHub may rely on applicable permissions, licences, public records, lawful sources, or other applicable legal grounds for using such material.

If you believe that content displayed on LeadersHub infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us with sufficient information for us to investigate the claim.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the LeadersHub name, branding, software, interface, design, logos, graphics, and other original materials provided by LeadersHub are owned by or licensed to LeadersHub and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit LeadersHub's proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.

This does not give LeadersHub ownership of User Content that belongs to users or third parties.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

LeadersHub may contain links to third-party websites or services, including official government websites and other external resources.

Third-party websites operate independently from LeadersHub. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or policies.

16. Privacy

Your use of LeadersHub is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, protect, and process personal information.

17. Service Availability

We aim to keep LeadersHub available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, network failures, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

18. No Professional or Official Advice

Information available through LeadersHub is provided for general informational and civic-engagement purposes.

LeadersHub does not provide legal, financial, governmental, electoral, political, or other professional advice.

Information available on LeadersHub should not be treated as an official communication from any government authority or public representative.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LeadersHub and its operators shall not be responsible for losses, damages, or consequences arising from reliance on inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, user-generated, or third-party information available through the Services.

LeadersHub is also not responsible for actions or decisions taken by users, political leaders, public representatives, government authorities, or third parties based on information or User Content available through the Services.

20. Account Suspension or Termination

LeadersHub may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account where we reasonably believe that the user has:

• Violated these Terms
• Abused the Services
• Attempted to manipulate ratings or other platform features
• Engaged in fraudulent or malicious activity
• Created a security risk
• Used the Services for unlawful purposes

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, applicable laws, security requirements, or our operating practices.

When we update these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the beginning of this page.

Your continued use of LeadersHub after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

23. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
